the crescendo of my silence/metempsychosis of moth to butterfly/unopened bandaid boxes/the sobriety of dawn/barefoot in the flower beds/flower pressed parchment/fitted bed sheets that do not escape the corners of the mattress/the milky way runneth over/resilient palms/brown eyes at golden hour/alone but not lonely/healing/a spoonful of sugar/libraries/answered enigmas/slumber beneath moon-lit canopies/ink-stained fingerprints/crazy glue remedies/words flood ruled lines/the cat spits back my tongue/grandmother clock in tune with what makes her tick/dreams borne of graphite/semantic satiation/the relief of nevermore/reclaimed secrets/ears pressed to conch shells/home/aeroplanes in want of shooting stars/hunger in want of beauty/heartbreak in want of -love of self/leaving/goodbye/this poem/I know/he/will read it.
